After some days, HTC finally reacted to the lawsuit filed by APPLE. After some days, HTC fired back on Wednesday, asking to ban sales of iPhones, iPads and iPods in the United States.
In a complaint filed with the ITC, HTC accuse APPLE of infringing five of its patents related to cellphone directory hardware and software and power-management technology in portable devices.
I hope at the end of the battle, HTC will emerge the winner and APPLE shall be the LOSER.

Apple earn so much money from iPhone and iPad, it can afford to lose the lawsuit leh.
losing also mean reputation lost.. I think its not about money, its about reputation.
